Do you have an office I can visit?
No. Hampton Services is mobile only. We come to your home, office, job site or another place you choose. If you live farther out, you can also meet us in Tyler or somewhere closer to town.
How much do fingerprint cards cost?
The first card is $50 and each additional card is $5. Two cards are $55, three are $60. There's no travel fee within 15 miles of Tyler.
Is there a travel fee?
Not within 15 miles of Tyler, including Lindale, Whitehouse, Bullard, Flint, Chandler, Noonday, Chapel Hill and Winona. Farther out, we add a travel fee and tell you the total before we confirm your appointment.
What type of fingerprint cards do you use?
We roll fingerprints in ink on FD-258 cards. If your agency needs a different card, tell us when you request your appointment, or have the blank card your agency sent you ready.
Do you do live scan fingerprinting?
No. All of our fingerprinting is ink-rolled on physical cards, which you then send to your agency according to its instructions.
What should I bring to my fingerprint appointment?
A current, government-issued photo ID, the blank card from your agency if they sent one, and any instructions or ORI number your agency gave you.
How do I pay?
You pay at your appointment with cash, card or Cash App. We don't accept Zelle.
How long does an appointment take?
Most fingerprint appointments take about 15 minutes. Notary and loan signing appointments depend on the documents.
How do I book?
Send a request through the form on our Request page or call 903-218-1587. We reply within one business day to confirm your time and total.
Can a notary help me fill out or explain my documents?
No. A notary public is not an attorney and can't give legal advice or help prepare documents. We verify identity, witness signatures and complete the notarization.
I don't have my document yet. Where can I get one?
Many common forms, such as a power of attorney, affidavit or bill of sale, can be created online at LawDepot, and Hampton Services customers save 10% through the links on our Notary page. Print the document and leave it unsigned until your appointment. If you're not sure which document you need, ask the agency or person requesting it, or an attorney.
